Nice and charming hotel in 13th of Paris. Very good place and practical for visit Paris.
I have no bad remarks about this hotel.Every thing si very good.
We arrived very late and all the restaurants were closed. The very polite and well spoken, hotel clerk offered us dinner left over from a hotel event earlier that day. It was delicious and greatly appreciated. He suggested a wake-up call, and at our early breakfast the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. He also had the taxi waiting. Bathroom was great with the heated towel rack, bed was firm and pillows fresh. Very clean and there were great views of Paris from the window.
Breakfast was international buffet style, so if you don't eat breakfast or don't really eat much it was expensive toast.
The hotel is situated at a quiet location and near Metro station, it's very convenience.
The doors could not protect the noise, it was very very noisy when other rooms opened/closed their doors. The hotel should improve this noisy system
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the chambermaid service was excellent.Although Place D'Italie is a very busy area the hotel is located in a quiet side street so we had quiet nights to sleep.Ideal location to explore paris by foot or by Metro. Would return to this hotel on next visit.
Frederic was very welcoming and helpful and kindly assisted us with booking a local French restaurant
During our stay we requested some additional cOffee and milk for our room. A different receptionist reluctantly gave us more whilst infOrming us that guests are not entitled to additional tea/coffee. This led tO us purchasing Our own coffee from carrefour
Friendly people at reception, nice & modern design in the room & large breakfast buffet. Close to metro stop of Place d'Italie, from where you can visit all highlights of Paris. Also by foot you can visit some nice places such as: Chinatown, Manufacture des Gobelins, rue des Mouffetards, ...
very comfortable bed and pillows, very close metrostation, safe area, delicious breakfast.
sometimes in the morning the breakfast refill was a little bit slow.
We were really surprised that we got quality accommodation for the price we payed. The photos shown on the website are showing the reality. We liked the design of the hotel and should we arrived 2 weeks ealier we'd definitely tried out the breakfast on the terrace - it looked really great. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and also the location - lots of buses, metro, restaurants, bistros. The bakery just around the corner is amazing and stays open until 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Our bed was huge, but it wasn't very comfortable.
Good communications: very easy to get to other parts of Paris.
I like that Hotel is not far from the city center approx. 15 min by train. And the train station is in 5 min walk. There are many restorans and Bank ATMs in the area. I also like that you could start exploring Paris by taking a walk on Gobilen street.
I did not like the room cleaning service. If by any chance you stay in a room when the cleaning lady came you eather need to leave the room or they will not clean the room. For some reason they can not return even in 30 min.
Cleaning of rooms
Entrance to a parking is not convenient and narrow.Room is very small.
Good ergonomic room, very good breakfast, good location, polite staff. Very good value for money!
Shame that Wireless access is still not free. The television set is below par and I could not find the room service menu.
The location is good, close to the metro station, at the same time - in a quite area; the rooms have enough space.
I have asked especially for a non smoking room, but there was such a terrible smell of smoke that it was impossible to sleep
The location wasnt too bad as it was close to the station, but still a bit far from the central station and the city.
The staff were not very knowledgeable and we didnt like their attitude when we checked into the hotel... The front counter staff member by the name of Frederic wasnt at all helpful and gave us incorrect information about the connecting trains........
